Service includes up to two signatures any additional signatures will be $15 each.

Signings from 9 am- 4 pm are $175 signings from 5pm until 8pm are $225

when booking the appointment, you must know the name of the jail inmate is currently housed, inmates full name and Booking Number.

Must provide Inmate's form of identification or two witnesses that knows the inmate and can identify them. The witnesses cannot be named in the documents being signed and must be present during the signing. they must also have a valid form of ID.

Valid forms of ID are State Id or driver's license (Not Expired), Passport (current), CDCR identification card, valid consular card, Mexico or Canada driver's license.

No Mexico matricular consular cards.

You must bring documents fully filled out besides signatures. We do Not provide documents or legal advice. please make sure the inmate is aware of the signing and the contents of the documents to be signed.

Cash payments only and are due prior to service.

There are no refunds whether inmate signs or not. please contact us via email or phone for any additional questions.

How to spot a great Notary Public.

4. What type of ID can I use?

In California your Driver license, State Id, Passport (foreign is ok), Jail Id,

Military Id, employee Id from (state Agency, county, or city) or a

Canadian or Mexico Drivers license,

5. My Id is expired can I use it?

If the license was issued within 5 years of the date of Notarization

it can still be used. use any of the other forms of Id listed

above. Last resort bring two witnesses that have valid Id’s.

6. I didn’t know it had to be Notarized, the deadline is tomorrow!

7. How Much do these things cost?

prices vary most documents are $15.00 per signature but one packet may have multiple signature pages there may also be mobile fees involved.

8. The other person is not available to sign, can I just sign?

you have two options. Some states have remote notarizations, or you can have a proof of execution performed. Ask Notary for details.
